Shyla Stylez
夏拉·史戴尔兹（Shyla Stylez，1982年9月23日－），出生于：加拿大阿母斯特朗市，原名Amanda Friedland，是名加拿大成人女星。
高中结束以后，Stylez搬到了温哥华，在那儿她为一些小型网站做裸体模特，Stylez逐渐成为了一名脱衣表演者，当时他刚刚18岁。在2000年8月，她来到洛杉矶开始为Anabolic Productions工作。在2002年6月，Stylez做了胸部以及其他的局部的整形手术以使她的外型更加靓丽。Stylez还一度是Jill Kelly Productions的专署女优。
后来在2002年10月23日，他嫁给了Jill Kelly Productions的CEO--Bob Friedland，但是在2003年他们宣布离婚。
经过两年的没落期后Stylez在2006年重新进入了成人影视圈，并将胸部增大到双D罩杯。
根据报道，Stylez还卷入过一起关于从前Orange County（美国的一个县）的洲长助理George Jaramillo之间的几个性丑文。她还有一个众所周知的艺名叫Amanda Auclair，现在她参与主持洛杉矶的一个名叫"Un-Wired TV"TV秀节目。
