Matthew Gray Gubler (geb. 9. März 1980) ist ein amerikanischer Schauspieler, Regisseur, Mode-Modell und Maler. Bekannt wurde er vor allem durch seine Rolle als Kriminalprofi Dr. Spencer Reid in der CBS-Fernsehserie Criminal Minds (2005-heute), von der er auch zehn Episoden inszeniert hat. Gubler ist in The Life Aquatic mit Steve Zissou aufgetreten, (500) Days of Summer, Life After Beth, Suburban Gothic, und als Stimme von Simon in Alvin and the Chipmunks und seinen drei Fortsetzungen.
